The general generator ranked first in a November observation for “free ai video generator”. A September record for “text to video generator” pointed to the captions page at 22. That page adds words to existing footage. It already links to a dedicated Text to Video AI tool further down the page. Two other links that promise text-to-video creation point to captions instead.
DataForSEO estimated 164,058 US search visits for InVideo in October 2026 and 145,140 for VEED. InVideo’s estimate covers video creation, editing and utilities such as compression. I’d judge the script and caption changes by what happens to the three landing pages involved.

The product and its buyers

“Create now” on the video generator opened the account form on desktop and mobile. Both offered email, single sign-on, Google and Apple. A visitor can read what the generator does before signing up, but the next step asks for an account. I would put a finished example and its model and credit cost beside that button so a buyer can judge one job before registering.

I compared the named model, video estimate and monthly credits on the annual Starter and Plus cards, then followed the generator’s first button at both screen sizes.
What I’d change first
For changes intended to bring visitors from Google, save the preceding 28 days of US Search Console clicks for the named pages and queries. Compare with the next complete 28 days, split by device, and check the same weeks a year earlier where available. Record the release date and other changes that could affect the comparison. Use product analytics to check what visitors did after landing.

Fix the links that send script writers to the caption tool
On 3 September 2026, this page ranked at position 22 for “text to video generator”. The estimated US demand for that query was 8,100 searches a month. The generator’s main-content link labelled “Text to Video AI” and the homepage footer’s “Text to Video” both open the page for adding captions to existing footage. Demonstrate one edit to a real piece of footage
On 2 September 2026, this page ranked at position 1 for “ai video editor”. The estimated US demand for that query was 33,100 searches a month. When I checked the same query on 8 November, InVideo was absent from the nine desktop and eight mobile organic results returned. The editor already has a video at the top of the page and lists rough cuts and reframing. Check the page’s indexing and search history first. If it is still the intended landing page, test a labelled sequence in the existing demo showing one piece of footage before the edit, after a rough cut and reframed for a phone.
