ChatGPT and Gemini each answered eight questions three times. Four of the 48 answers recommended CarBG.ai. Both ChatGPT recommendations concerned dealer branding and shadows and linked to carbg.ai. Two Gemini answers named CarBG.ai when asked about removing a background while preserving wheels, windows and shadows. Neither linked to the site.
A more specific question asked about preserving glass and wheel detail when moving a car into a virtual showroom. None of those six answers recommended CarBG.ai. None of the six about exporting listing photos did either. Two examples could give those buyers an answer. Show the wheel spokes up close and the exact file a listing receives.

Inspect the pages for dealers, marketplaces, bulk processing, exterior spins and pricing.

A browser assistant can reach the console and distinguish its three tools. It can also read which plan each table cell describes because the ticks and crosses carry text labels. The conflict with the broader plan list affects assistants and people reading the same page.
Scope: I inspected the public console and the sales information. I did not supply a vehicle photo, process a listing or request a quote.
The product and its buyers
A used-car dealer needs a set of recognisable photos of the actual vehicle for sale. CarBG.ai’s Pro plan includes guided photography, branded backgrounds, number plate masking and image sequencing. The Studio card lists fully branded studio backgrounds and exterior 360-degree tours. The same page also lists exterior 360 under features for all plans. A dealer would need sales to confirm whether Pro includes it.
A marketplace has a separate way in. A developer can send a vehicle image and a studio background ID to CarBG.ai’s API and receive the finished image. The documentation says a successful request uses one image credit. Those buyers need a sample file and a clear account of the output before they can judge whether to integrate it.

From landing page to signup
“Try for free” opened the vehicle console on desktop and mobile. The console offered Image Studio, 360° Spin and Video Tour. The mobile screen invited a visitor to upload a vehicle image or try a demo. Both pricing cards led with “Contact Sales”. A dealer can see the workflow before speaking to sales, so I would link the 360° row on pricing to the matching demo and say which plan includes it.

I checked the plan comparison from the point of view of a dealer wanting to add an exterior spin and clickable features to a vehicle listing. The features are named in the cards, in an “All plans include” list and in a ten-row comparison.

The table marks seven features as included in both Pro and Studio. It marks exterior tours, hotspot tagging and custom studio backgrounds as Studio-only. Just above it, the “All plans include” list names both exterior 360 and hotspot tagging. I read the labels behind the ticks and crosses in all ten comparison rows, then checked the two plan descriptions and the list immediately above the table.
What I’d change first
Save 28 days of US Google Search Console clicks and impressions for the background page and the API page before either change. Keep developer queries separate from dealership photo queries and compare equivalent 28-day periods by device. With a site this small, show the counts and extend the window if it is too early to see a pattern. Count demo requests and first successful API calls separately from clicks.

Let a dealer inspect the same car before and after the cutout
